RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Terms of returne / xchange
The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date from the date of reciving your order to return it through either Post Office or return your purchase in Store. You can do this by selecting "Return this Item" on your Client Account, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
•products that have been in use.
•products that have been dry-cleaned or after washing.
•products from which tags and labels have been cut off.
•products that were used for photo/video shooting.
•products without a sales receipt.
•products that were made to individual specifications.
•lingerie and swimwear
•hats, hair accessories.
•gift cards.
•jewelry.
The costs of delivery for exchange and return are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable.This means that the buyer must cover the return shipping costs when sending items back to us, or the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 3-14 days from the moment we receive the goods on your original payment method.
The full price of the goods will be refunded immediately after we make sure that the appearance, properties, and factory labels of the goods are preserved. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of inadequate quality for similar goods without defects, if available, or choose another product from the range for the same amount.
Rules for exchange/refund:
- Download an exchange/refund application and fill it up
- Send the product, in its original pachaging with lables on, to our Head Office in Kyiv.
- Wait for a return/excange letter confirming the exchange/return.
Please note that the seller has the right to refuse to exchange/return the goods if the terms and conditions specified in this section are not met.
