\n The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, using the services of Ukrposhta \/ Nova Poshta or returning the purchase to the store. You can initiate a return by selecting the \u201cReturn Product\u201d function in Your Personal Account, through the delivery confirmation email, or by contacting the customer support manager.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which You received it: unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. It is also necessary to provide a receipt or another document confirming the purchase.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Exceptions \/ products that are not subject to return:
\n \u2022 products that have been used;
\n \u2022 products after washing or dry cleaning;
\n \u2022 products without tags and labels;
\n \u2022 products that were used for photo\/video shooting;
\n \u2022 products without a fiscal receipt;
\n \u2022 products made to individual order;
\n \u2022 underwear and swimsuits;
\n \u2022 hats, hair accessories;
\n \u2022 gift certificates;
\n \u2022 jewelry.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n The delivery cost in case of return or exchange is paid by the customer and is not subject to compensation.
\n This means that the customer independently pays for the return delivery of the product or its cost will be deducted from the refund amount.\n <\/p>\n\n
